Deer Sausage

Count on Kenrick’s For High Quality Processing, Every Time!

Kenrick’s Meats has built its reputation on quality cuts of meat and over 80 varieties of sausage.

On top of that, we bring the same expertise to venison processing. Just like our sausage, we use the freshest pork, the best ingredients, and the same trusted smoking methods. So you’ll taste the difference in every bite.

At the same time, we keep our standards high. Kenrick’s won’t accept meat that isn’t suitable for processing, and we may refuse venison that hasn’t been properly field dressed and stored.

Plus, because of the high volume of venison we handle, storage is limited. We can only keep venison heads or hides for up to 2 days and venison meat orders for up to 14 days. After that, a storage fee of $2.00 per day applies. Beyond this point, Kenrick’s can’t take responsibility for uncollected venison.

Over the years, thousands of hunters have trusted our service, and we truly thank you. We’re excited to serve you again this season and to welcome hunters who are new to Kenrick’s venison processing.

Above all, be safe — and happy hunting!
